Mr. Tae Hoon Lee is a Senior Partner
in the Seoul Office of BAAK JANG
& PARK.
Mr. Lee received his LL.B. degree
from Kyunghee University College of Law,
was admitted to the Bar of Korea, then went
on to earn his LL.M. degree from Kyunghee
University Graduate School.
He then received his M.C.L. degree
from Southern Methodist University School
of Law in the State of Texas, U.S.A., and
returned to Kyunghee University Graduate
School for his Doctorate in Law.
Mr. Lee
has had extensive experience as a public
prosecutor before he began to practice private
law.
He began as a Prosecutor in the
Southern Branch of the Seoul District Prosecutor¡¯s
Office, then moved to the Incheon District
Prosecutor¡¯s Office.
From there, Mr. Lee served as
a Prosecutor at the Prosecution Bureau,
Korean Ministry of Justice, as Director
for International Legal Affairs, Korean
Ministry of Justice, as Deputy Chief Prosecutor,
Cheju District Prosecutor¡¯s Office, and
as Chief of the Sungnam Branch.
Mr. Lee¡¯s
practice focuses on Business Transactions,
Criminal Law, Intellectual Property and
Litigation. He is a member of
the Korean Financial Supervisory Commission.
He is also
a current Adjunct Professor of Law at Youngsan
University Graduate School of Legal Affairs.
He is currently
a Member of both the Korean Bar Association
and Seoul Bar Association. He speaks Korean, English, German
and Japanese. |
