Mr. Jang Woo Park is a Senior Partner in the Seoul office of BAAK JANG & PARK.  Mr. Park received his LL.B. degree from Seoul National University (SNU) College of Law and was trained at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea..

After being admitted to the Korean Bar, Mr. Park served extensively as a judge in various courts, including the Seoul District Court and Seoul High Court, and as senior judge of the Seoul District Court.  Mr. Park then entered private practice in 1996.

Mr. Park was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Kyungsang University and professor at the Judicial Research and Training Institute of Korea.  He is also a current Adjunct Professor of Law at Youngsan University Graduate School of Legal Affairs. He has also served as a Member of the Gangwon Election Management Committee and as the Senior Arbitrator on the Arbitrators Panel of the Press Arbitration.  Since 1990, he has been the Director of the Purunsol Association.

Mr. Park focuses on Contracts, Real Property, Corporate, Litigation and Taxation Law.

He is a member of the Korean Bar Association and the Seoul Bar Association.  He speaks both Korean and Japanese.
